Terms and Conditions of Khatoon Lounge Membership Card

Terms and Conditions:

1.⁠ ⁠General Etiquette:

• The cardholder must behave according to the highest standards of public manners both inside and outside the restaurant.
• Refrain from using offensive language, aggressive behavior, or inappropriate actions.

2.⁠ ⁠Public Decorum Regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:

• Adhere to the public decorum laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Refrain from wearing inappropriate clothing or engaging in actions that contradict local laws.

3.⁠ ⁠Non-Transferable Card:

• The membership card is personal and non-transferable. The cardholder must not give or share it with anyone else.
• In case of card loss, the cardholder must report it immediately to issue a replacement card.

4.⁠ ⁠Courteous and Respectful Behavior:

• The cardholder must treat all restaurant staff and other customers with courtesy and respect.
• Comply with the restaurant management's instructions and any directives issued by them.

5.⁠ ⁠Proper Use of the Card:

• The card must be used only within the restaurant and in accordance with the specified laws and instructions.
• Refrain from using it for any unlawful or prohibited purposes.

Additional Notes:

•⁠ ⁠The restaurant management reserves the right to revoke or suspend the membership card in case of non-compliance with the above terms and conditions. •⁠ ⁠Any violation of the terms and conditions may lead to appropriate legal action in accordance with the applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
